We recommend informing the clinic as early as possible so the appointment slot can be made available to other patients.

2. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to the availability of the concerned doctor.

3. Refund Policy

If Online Payments Are Accepted

• If a consultation is cancelled by the clinic due to unavoidable circumstances, any advance payment made by the patient will be refunded or adjusted toward a future appointment, as preferred by the patient.

• If a patient cancels an appointment before the consultation begins, the clinic will process the refund according to its applicable cancellation policy and payment gateway processing timelines.

• Once a consultation has been completed, consultation charges are generally non-refundable.

If Your Clinic Currently Does NOT Accept Online Payments

If appointments are booked without advance online payment, no refund is applicable, as no payment is collected through the website.

4. Diagnostic Services

Payments for laboratory tests, imaging, health check-ups, or diagnostic procedures may have separate cancellation or refund conditions depending on the nature of the service and whether the service has already been initiated.

Patients are advised to contact the clinic for specific details.

5. Emergency Situations

In the event that a doctor is unavailable due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, the clinic will make every reasonable effort to:

• Offer another suitable appointment.

• Arrange consultation with another qualified doctor (where appropriate).

• Process any eligible refund or adjustment if applicable.

6. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the patient's bank or payment provider.

7. No-Show Policy

If a patient does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, any applicable advance consultation fee may be treated according to the clinic's cancellation policy.
